KEN LIVINGSTONE was NEVER consistent about ethics. in fact, he treated ethics with as much contempt as he treats those in society whom he perceives to be 'weak' and defenceless. Livingstone’s failure to show his courage over the anti-democratic behaviour in Tower Hamlets merely confirms what we had said about him back in 2004. Back then, Livingstone recruited the services of Abbas Uddin to serve as one of Livingstone's stooged 'leaders of London borough councils'. The stooging had a cyclic dynamism. It was going through the inner city boroughs affected by the assaults of Big Biz that was poised to mount the Crossrail hole programme of adding to the poverty and denial on top of existing ones. Livingstone was the face that Big Biz was using to ‘sell’ the assaults as being ‘regeneration’ of some sort! The only thing that Big Biz Crossrail scam regenerated in that fabricated assault was the careerist claims of Ken Livingstone himself and the subordinate ambitions of the squads of petty stooges he was able to round up behind him across the inner city boroughs in those days…. Livingstone needed the tokens that he found to his ‘surprise’ he was being handed with ease... Almost SEVEN years on during the weekend of 25-26 September 2010 when the remains of Tony Bliar still clattering the jumbled up furniture in the House of Blair Horror are being hidden in a rush by the majority of those who had benefited from the butcher of Britain’s democratic traditions, Ken Livingstone is back in the same business, recruiting the services of stooges. Those he has targeted include the same Abbas Uddin.....Recruiting the services of Abbas Uddin is not going to prove hard for Ken Livingstone. Livingstone stayed away along with Jim Fitzpatrick and Keith Vaz. He 'endorsed' Lutfur Rahman as the 'Labour Party candidate/' in an alleged mayoral election that is allegedly taking place in Tower Hamlets. As the days went on, Livingstone behaved in accordance with our diagnosis of the events of 14 September 2010 we published on 14 September2010. Twelve days later, Ken Livingstone  is being located as far from Lutfur Rahman in public as ordinary gullibility of the brainwashed [in the sense of being lied to, misled, hoodwinked]  'local voters' in the inner city East London borough of Tower Hamlets  will perceptively permit..... We shall explore further the antics of Ken Livingstone. We shall look at the role Abbas Uddin 'Helal' played in endorsing Ken Livingstone's promotion of the Big Biz agenda scam CrossRail....That was in 2004. The crass ‘announcement’ of crassly made ‘interim decisions’ by the ‘crassly made up select committee FOR Crossrail hole’, stating on Tuesday 25 July 2006 that it was ‘needless’ to say that they ‘thought’ the CrossRail hole should be dug in the Hanbury Street, London E1, means that our campaign against the Crossrail hole assault is left with no option but to be raised a few levels higher than we would have had to had there been any evidence of either sense or intelligence on the part of the poodles that make up the parasitic select committee. As we told them in May 2006 when they made a ‘going through the motion' site visit’ of the area, we have no option but to defend the East End against the CRASSrail hole plot, no matter what apparently legitimate shape or face that attacks is hidden behind. We give notice to Tower Hamlets Council’s criminally colluding corrupt clique that ahs done the single most damaging betrayal against the East End by colluding for the Crossrail hole assault that it shall not find it at all easy going from now on. If it had thought [!] that the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the corrupt role by the criminal elements in effect holding control on Tower Hamlets Council was going to go slow, they could not have made a more stupid miscalculation. We are going to see just what these crooks are made of when they bray against the East End while at the same time claiming to represent the people of the East End. Khoodeelaar! Legal action against London mayor Ken Livingstone – as part of the claims made against ken Livingstone on 5 April 2006 –when Khoodeelaar! Also gave Livingstone an ultimatum stating that he would be taken to court on his crass promotion of the CRASSrail hole plot against the East End of London, Khoodeelaar! has today updated the claims in light of the subsequent evidence showing the continuing crassness by the holder of office of London mayor in lying against the people and for the facilitation of the peoples’ environment livelihoods and futures by Big Business. The itemised claims against Livingstone will be published here in the next 72 hours.
Of all the claims already published against ‘Tower Hamlets Council chief executive’ Christine Gilbert over her Crossrail hole-inviting role, the most far reaching one is the fact that she covered up for the liars on that Council who lied through their teeth on every single occasion and that she did that in active knowledge that she was breaking the awl, letting disown the community and leaving the East End exposed to devastating attacks that our community did not deserve or need. These claims are now reinforced in the updated communications issued to her this week as the date nears for the application to be field in court.

The Court challenge against the Crossrail hole Bill is now going to include in the same application a series of claims against the UK House of Commons Crossrail hole Bill Select Committee. This follows the availability, this evening [25 July 2006] of the evidence of the crassness with which the ‘Crossrail Bill ‘Select committee has been abused by the promoters of the crass Crossrail plot. As I pointed out way back in January 2006, when even the local MP George Galloway was himself absent from this constituency, and neither the ‘local press’ nor the ‘opposition councillors’ on the then Tower Hamlets Council nor any holder of any other ‘elected office’ in the name of this area was saying anything of substance in the context of the plot by Crossrail against the Eats End of London, the Blair regime’s appointment of the token ‘select committee’ was not at all acceptable as evidence of any sustainable claim that the UK Parliament was acting in a constitutionally sovereign way. legitimate, independent or sovereign way that Dicey had sought to paint it to be prone to be doing at most times >br>Having suffered the further spectacles of the illegitimate behaviour by the Crossrail plot promoters in Committee Room 5 ['Palace of Westminster' !] during June 2006 [which was when I had to do some necessary field work that included my witnessing of some of the typical antics of the illegitimate Crossrail hole plot actors], I can now see just why we have to mount the wider programme of legal challenges via the UK courts against the Crossrail hole plotters than we ourselves had thought would be adequate for the defence of the area against this assault when we first worked out the ways in which we would stop the Crossrail attacks on the community. If you had the minutes, were those minutes ‘secret’? if they were ‘secret’ then how could you mention those to CBRUK who had made public statement about the publicly established role for Crossrail hole plot as played by Michael Keith? 4. Where are those minutes? 5. What did you ever understand about the community, let alone about its position on anything? 6. what legal justification is there for your continuing to abuse your employment in the LBTH [London Borough of Tower Hamlets] council to violate the rights of the local community and to make it ever more susceptible to attacks, takeovers by big business and interests that have no intention or likelihood of doing anything whatever that significantly makes any positive, lasting, necessary difference to the quality of life for the vast majority of the people who make up the community on whose behalf and in whose interests the Khoodeelaar! 1. Why did you sign the ‘letter’ published in the London evening standard in February 2004 about Crossrail ? That letter was a pack of speculative lies as it made definite assertions about benefits to be brought to the East End of London. Why did you sign it without there being any evidence whatever to justify the pack of Crossrail hole plot lies? 2. why did you stay silent for years despite there being open and repeated questions raised in the community bout tower hamlets council being party to the lying plot for Crossrail hole in the east end? 3. Why have you stayed silent and why have you not answered the questions that have been put to you in writing for the past three years asking you to explain why you said to certain members of the local community that the Crossrail plot was a ‘good’ thing? What evidence has there been to substantiate that false claim? 4. Do you oppose council corruption? Do you know that there is serious concern in the community about council corruption? Do you support the campaign for the rooting out of corruption in tower hamlets council? if your answers to these are in the affirmative then why have you not come forward to sup[port the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against the abuse of tower hamlets council funding ‘powers’ and ‘facilities’ to get the local community to ‘accept’ the CROSSRAIL lying hole scheme? 5. We are saying that you deliberately and on purpose suppressed the information and deprived the local community of the access to the information about all the relevant contacts and deals and discussions about the Tower Hamlets Council’s role and in the matter of the Crossrail plot against the East End of London. 8. That you abused your position on the Crossrail committee of councillors and that your abuse was similar to the other abuses in that the abuses were intended to allow you to gain or to continue to gain personally and also to deny the local community knowledge of or access to the relevant information about your role, the role of the Tower Hamlets Council and the roles being played by Christine Gilbert and your co-members on the Crossrail committee in making the Crossrail hole plot effective against the local community. 9. That you, ‘cllr Abbas’ took part in the effective collusion against the community for the abuse of the ‘East End Life’ and for the turning of it into the East End Lies on all matters to do with the abuses by councillors of the powers and the facilities of the Council where those related to the duties of the councillors to tell the community how the Council’s behaviour was adversely affecting the interests, the future of the community. 10. That your role on Crossrail has been against the community throughout and that your failure to answer the questions will now have to be investigated by the campaign making the overdue application to court. 11. Five Tower Hamlets Councillors were put on a ‘committee’ that was mentioned in a report in October 2004 as being ‘responsible’ for the Council’s position on the Crossrail plan. Those councillors included Abbas Uddin ‘Helal’ or Helal Abbas, then ‘leader’ of the Tower Hamlets Council. Abbas Uddin ‘Helal’ is relevant because he is ‘a councillor for the Council ward that included the main target of the Crossrail hole attack on the

In this legal update, the key argument against Abbas Uddin Helal in court will include the fact that he failed to represent the facts of the Council’s role on Crossrail to the community. He also failed to represent the community’s opposition to the Crossrail hole attacks plan back to the Council. He also failed to tell the community the facts of what the Council was actually doing. In fact, the allegations against Abbas Uddin Helal have been so comprehensive on the matter of the Crossrail hole plot that in our voluntary compliance with the rules of natural justice, we have given Abbas Uddin Helal countless opportunities to put to us his truthful, complete, factual and honest responses to the many questions.
